Engine swap?

This engine has a cracked head and/or block and bad cam and lifters, so it is beyond reason to repair.
Can I swap in a recycled 6.0 without changing the PCM? What's the easiest way to make this change?

Hi,

Anything is possible, but upgrading to a bigger engine will require many changes. For example, you will need to change the PCM and vacuum harnesses, and parts of the wiring harness will likely need to be replaced. This is in addition to mounts, exhaust, and so on.

Are you able to find the same size engine and model year? That is the best way to go.
