Engine starts but cuts off

Hi,
The engine start but cuts out as soon as you accelerate. I have cleaned the air flow sensor, but problem still exist.

Have you checked to make sure the fuel pressure is within the manufacturer's specifications? Here is a link that shows in general how to check fuel pressure:

That is where I would start. Keep in mind, when the engine is placed under a load, more fuel is required. That could be the issue.

Hi there,

We have checked and found that there is no fuel pressure. We have changed the fuel pump which sorted the problem out.
