Engine stalls after 8-10 minutes of driving, restarts easily?

From a cold start I can drive about 8-10 minutes then engine stalls, have to pull over turn engine off, wait a couple of seconds and restarts no problem and can drive thereafter without issue. If I drive from cold start for a couple of minutes and then stop and turn the engine off for a few seconds, it will not stall at all then until I shut it off. This has been happening for a couple of months. Doesn't throw any codes (I even took my scanner with me to get an immediate reading). Engine runs fine and gets great gas mileage.

This sounds like the fuel pump or crankshaft angle sensor is bad, can I ask if you can hear the fuel pump run in the tank for about 5 seconds when the engine stalls and you turn the key on without starting the engine? Also, will it run on starting fluid? Please go over this guide:

Here is the location of the crankshaft angle sensor. If you don't have spark, I would swap this sensor out first. We can also run the codes as well.
