My car was running rough and idling real rough like a lopping. When at idle it sounds like it's going to cut off but it doesn't. It stutters when I start to take off and stutters when I try to accelerate. I have changed the spark plugs, the fuel pump, fuel filter, and some vacuum hoses. It now runs better, but It still runs rough.

What do you think is the problem?

With 275k on the clock, it would be very difficult to properly answer the question without pointing out that at that mileage, the head probably needs to come off and go to the machine shop. Also injector spray patterns due to dirty injectors can cause stumbles and rough idle. Google BMW stomp test and perform that operation and see if there are faults present
