After resealing/repairing the intake manifold gasket, I am getting a Check Engine Light and my vehicle is vibrating when idling and on the highway. There has been no loss of control but the rattle is very noticeable. Where should I start checking for troubleshooting? The nearest place with a code scanner is about 3 miles away.

You are going to have to find the cause for the cylinder #5 misfire. Check all you coilss and plug wires.

The air temp sensor code was probably due to turning the key on while the snorkel was off and the sensor was unplugged. Make sure it is plugged in now and clear the code.
