More than likely you are burning the oil in the engine, or you are losing it into the coolant. Normally when the coolant and oil mix, they are both turned to sludge, but we need to check it just to be sure it is not.
However, if it is not then we need to suspect you are burning it. Here is a guide that will talk about this:

To confirm this, we need to pull the spark plugs and see what they look like.
I am attaching a chart below that will help with this.
Also, we need to fill the oil back to the fill mark and then mark the dipstick or get a picture of where it is. It is easier to mark it because then after 500 miles we need to fill the oil back to this line and track how much oil it takes to get to that mark.
This way we can find out how much oil it is using. Once we know this we will know if we need to take serious action or if we can try to slow it down. However, once this starts it is pretty much just going to get worse.
