I was driving and took an exit went to proceed and car would just not crank or run. I've had problems w fuses seats not properly working or locks. I really think someone messed w my wires or fuses or something. I don't know how to tell if the engine is blown. Or if it is worth buying another motor?

When you go and crank the engine over do all the lights dim way down? If not, the engine is probably okay. These cars had a problem with the IPDM which supplies power to the car. You should also do a CAN scan to see what comes up. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon for about $30.00.

Here is a video to show you how:

Here is a scanner link:

Here is how to change out the IPDM which is not too bad because it self-learns. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the engine try to crank over? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Well, no nothing dims. However, a guy said he tried to turn crankshaft manually and it didn't turn. Does that mean it's blown?

Yep, it sounds like the engine is locked up, did the engine overheat or get run low on oil? Usually, an engine will not just lock up on its own, but it does happen when they have an internal failure.
