The p1901 code we should address first which is the turbine shaft speed sensor. Here is the location of the sensor so you can replace it in the diagrams below. The only thing that concerns me is the p1909 transmission temperature sensor codes which could be a side effect of the turbine sensor, or the transmission is having an issue. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

I had someone have a look today and the TSS was not where the picture show. Not sure if I put in the right car mine is a 9-5 19 TDI vector sport. Thanks

It looks like you need to remove the battery tray to get to it, can you send pics of what you see? This is the only thing the manual shows.

Hi Ken L,

We found the TSS, it was on the bulkhead has been replaced and a dpf clean was put in the tank to make it regen at a lower temperature it's been a few weeks now and have had no problems and no dash lights coming on.
