Engine harness swap

If they are equipped the same then yes, the wiring harness will work because these are the same vehicle just with different stickers.

Take a look at the chart below which is just a location view but as you will see the 500 and Montego are all on the same lines which means they are the same.

The way to confirm it, is the harness in your vehicle will have a tag on it somewhere, and that will have a part number. The 500 will have the same tag and if the part numbers are the same, then they are identical parts.

However, if you have questions on this, get both part numbers and send them to me and I will try to confirm it. There is a chance that there are updates to the parts which would mean the part numbers are slightly different but would still work.
