When start the vehicle in the mornings and drives it gives this cracking sound. The sound is like coming from machine gun fire from the exhaust pipe. After a while the noise is no longer there. Furthermore, If I accelerate at freeways to go faster at least over eighty mph, the engines shakes like shocks. This shakes like shocks happen also when the engine is not moving at park when accelerating. What would be the cause of these problems or if any advice to fix these problems?

Sounds like a chronic engine misfire. i would start with a full tune up including a compression test and also check for vacuum leaks, start here.
