I am not able to post diagrams, but there is not much to this one. Find the radiator fan relay, then, while the ignition switch is on, feel that relay, then unplug the two-wire coolant temperature sensor. If the relay clicks, that entire half of the circuit is working.
If that is okay, use a test light, (not a digital voltmeter), to check the voltage on the gray wire in the relay's plug. If that is missing, the fusible link is burned open. Suspect the fan motor has tight bearings. You can verify that by spinning the fan by hand. Replace the motor, then the fusible link.
