Engine codes P0700 and 10650

Car is not accelerating properly. Codes P0700 and 10650 are showing. I do not know what that means.

Those are generic codes found in the engine control module alerting you to the fact that there are more specific codes stored in the transmission control module. You are going to need a professional level scan tool capable of reading TCM codes. Once you have those codes, you will have a direction to go.
