I currently have a standard 1.6 non turbo engine. I am looking to change it into a 2.0 turbo and stuck on a few things. Would the 1.6 gearbox be able to handle the power off the 2.0? Do I need to change struts? Would the driveshafts need changing? Or custom made?

And last one the wiring loom, would I have to change the entire lot or just the engine loom? Will be different ECU?

ECU will be different, as will the entire engine loom, probably so will the radiator and exhaust be different. Shafts should be okay as the struts as for the mate up. I do not know, but if this engine was an option there is a fair chance that it will.
