Engine RPMs?

When driving the car at 80KPH the RPMs are just over 2,000 and when it’s at 90 it’s like about 2.5k, is this normal for the car?

It sounds like the transmission is not shifting into overdrive, can you count the shifts to confirm there should be 4 shifts. Also, let's run the codes to see if any are stored.
