I attached a picture of the rail and circled the valve you attach the tester. If you do not have the valve, then you have to read the voltage of the pressure sensor located at the same location. I attached a chart that tells you the pressure with the voltage.

Thanks for you help I found a line from the motor to the top of the throttle that was broken and was allowing only air into the throttle. I replaced it and now it runs great.
