Reply to your message:yeh it's turning over yeh sounds like winding something up but we have looked under engine and there is a belt under there which is slack and one that looks frayed and tryed moving cam belt by hand but wouldn't move but engine turning over

You better look at the cam belt it may be stripped.

What do you mean by stripped if you mean teeth still got them
