Car radio sometimes turns off while driving. Car radio will also sometimes turn itself on when car is off, and keys are not anywhere near Car. Wipers intermittently go off (auto is not on). Controls that control direction of air flow through vents intermittently works. I've checked all fuses. Is there a main board that controls all these accessories? Update: Forgot to mention my brother-in-law used my car to jump his and said it "sparked" when he went to attach his cables. I'm guessing there was a power surge going back into my car or something to do with the jump that fried my components, just don't know what components those would be.

The first thing we need to do is check all fuses with the systems on.

This guide can help:

If all fuses are okay let's do a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

Here is one for about $99.00 if you need it:

It sounds like the BCM when out when the cables were connected due to a voltage surge. Here is the location of the BCM, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay.
