decided to discount the Positive terminal on battery as the car will be sitting for a while before I take it to a shop, is that safe and the right thing to do for now?

I walked up to my car that has been sitting for like 5 days, 200k miles. As I walked up to it I heard a buzzing noise coming from inside the hood (i didnt start the car at all yet just walking towards it) I got in and started up and drove fine, but when I turned the car off it still makes the buzzing noise sounds like an electrical buzzin like something is getting power even when car if OFF. I popped hood and its coming from the black fuse Box/ Wire Harness.
