Windows quit working, key will not engage the starter, door locks only passenger side, speedometer quit working. Plugged a defective device in cigarette lighter plug. Ran wire from ground on starter to battery touch hot post truck starts, runs great.

Well the first two items to check would be fuses 15 and 2. Those are the power outlet and lighter fuses. UT the other systems you list are not fed from those fuses, they are fed from the same feed lines from the battery though.

I would probably use a test light and see if all of the other fuses have power with the key on as well.

If they do then it could be a bad body control module or the ignition switch contacts burned.
If there are other fuses (7,8,9,10 in particular) that do not have then it is likely that the PC fuse box was damaged internally. It is not a fun thing to replace as Dodge did not add harness connectors on the bottom, Instead the dash and headlamp harnesses have to be removed as well. The engine harness is the only easy one as it plugs in.

But run all the fuses and see what does/does not have power. Hopefully you just blew some fuses. Return with good news.
