This bar is not serviced separately. Any time there is an issue with this, I have replaced the seat track.
There is a way to take the track apart and even it back out but normally it is crooked because something is bent or cracked.
If this is the case then it will require replacement anyway.
If it were me, I would just find a seat track from eBay or a salvage yard and remove the seat and replace the track rather then messing with this one. It will turn a couple hour job into a days affair.
Take a look at the info below to remove the seat. From there you just unbolt the track from the seat and if you want to disassemble it then you can. However, they don't provide instructions on how to do this because, I don't think Ford even sells the parts to do that.
