I recently took my interior apart in order to clean and paint and redo the entire interior and but I'm putting it back together on the finding that I have two wires behind this the the radio that I don't know where they go to. I remember taking them out but I don't know I can't find where they go.

Hi,

Is there anything not working? Also, what color are the wires, and are they linked together via a connector or separate?

Let me know.

Thanks Joe, they are separate. One is a solid black single wire and the other is a bundle of 5 wires; 3 green, 1 black and one red. Everything seems to be working, I don't have power windows or power mirrors in this car, its a manual everything.

Hi,

The only thing I'm seeing with three green wires is for a hands-free circuit module. It also has a red, but not black. As far as a black wire, in most cases, they are for ground. You could check to see if there is continuity to ground to confirm.

Are you sure they were actually plugged into something or were they attached to something you needed to remove prior to the work?

Let me know. I've gone through the powertrain, HVAC, radio, and power distribution schematics, and none are showing a group of five wires as you mentioned.

Let me know.
