My car had a rough idle, loss of power etc. Cleaned the EGR and intake did not help made the car run worse would not even idle. Took the EGR off to clean again and it’s wet near the plunger. Why and what do I do?

Hello,

It sounds like you have a cylinder that has low compression let's confirm the issue by following this guide:

This guide may help as well:

We ended up changing the timing belt since it was looking very dry rotten, water pump, EGR value, MAP sensor, PVC value. She finally ran good for a few minutes, we shut her off then go back a few minutes later and absolutely nothing. The fuel pump is getting no power at all. We’ve tested the fuel pump and it’s good but still no power.

Hmm, I would double check the timing belt to make sure its still working right and if so it sounds like the PGM FI relay has gone out. But to be sure here is a guide and the location of the relay so you can check it out:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please run this test and get back to us.
