Looks as though you are missing other vacuum lines too!
If you were to install a header (just talking junk) There would not be a place for an EGR.
Conclusion, the vehicle will operate just fine without it/ or the EGR hose not hooked up.
If you have all vacuum leaks (including vacuum ports that suck air) plugged off, the vacuum advance and other 'necessary' vacuum lines hooked up correctly, and the engine tuned up, It should run great!
Besides, all of that other stuff would need to be reconnected to make it work.
But
If this is needed for emission testing in your region, or you want it back original,
I can get you a diagram for the vehicle! I just looked 'em over. To get you the correct one,
I need t know
Is it a Base or Runabout?
I need to know if it originally had A/C?
Sedan or Station Wagon?
