EGR blowout, codes P2197, P2195 and P2196

Had the same problem as the other Escapes. Replaced the EGR after it blew out. After replacement check engine light went on (didn't flash). OBD codes P2197, P2195, P2196. Next day I started the engine -- no trouble light. Makes sense that problem is clogged converter, but which one? We replaced both a couple of years ago.

Hi,

The codes are related to both upstream heated oxygen sensors. Take a look at pic 1 below.

Do you have a live data scan tool? If you do, first check the short-term fuel trims and let me know what they are. The problem could be a vacuum leak or related to high fuel pressure.
