I am trying to find and fix a battery power drainage problem. I found that the EFI fuse located in the engine compartment fuse box shows a load when the engine is off. Is this normal? I suspect it is not, and since I am no expert I need to ask.
Thanks for your help!

It could be on a timer so you have to monitor it without interrupting the circuit for fifteen minutes or more.

Make sure you do not interrupt the circuit as that will just start the timers over again.
