I replaced the ECM because I thought it kept blowing the fuse, but didn't fix the problem. It keeps blowing after I replaced it. Wires are find no short or exposed wires. And wont read a obd2 reader.

I am attaching the complete wiring diagram for the ECM 1 fuse. I suspect you have an issue with the coil. You are on the right path that there is something shorted that is causing this and if it is not wiring then it is one of the components on the fuse. Not only the ECM is on there but all your injectors, crank sensor, and ignition coil. So we need to unplug them one at a time until the fuse is not blowing any longer.

I would start with the coil. Then move to the injectors and unplug them one at a time until the fuse stops blowing. The other way to go about this if you don't want to potentially go through a lot of fuses, is to unplug every thing and turn the key on and make sure the fuse does not blow. Then turn the key off and and plug things in one at a time. We want to cycle the key each time just to be sure the component is exposed to any pull up voltage that may be there.

Let's run through this and go from there. Thanks
