My truck listed above is getting tired. I want an easy as possible V8 swap in either to mate up with existing 4Sp with OD manual or with an automatic. Looking for a good rebuilt or possible crate motor. Need power as I want to add a Class C hitch and get a larger RV trailer.

Hello, I'm Danny.

There were two different V8 options from the factory in your Bronco the 5.0 liter (302ci) and 5.8 liter (351ci). If you want to keep your manual transmission (M5-OD-R2) it will bolt up only to the 5.0 liter. Your automatic transmission options are the AOD, C6,or the E4OD. Those engines are very common and readily available from most engine rebuilders. Let me know if you have any further questions.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
