Engine Mechanical problem
1992 Eagle Summit 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
i got a 1992 Eagle Summit from my father in law and I have checked everything and it is all getting fire except the distributor. The people who worked on it before me put in a 93 distributor in it. What could it be?...Why can't I get fire to the distributor so I can get it to crank? Your help would be greatly appriciated...thank you!

Pull the coil wire from the distributor-ground it to the engine and crank engine over do you have spark? No spark to coil could mean no power to coil/coil itself/distributor pick up coil/ignition control moduel/cam and crank ssensors-
