I lost all drive to the wheels. Inspected clutch hydrolics, the clutch disc is being manipulated by the pedal. I am a mech. By trade, so I lifted the car and started it in first gear, both wheels turn, but barely. No uniusual noises. There is a small area adjacent to the intermediate shaft that looks as if a part was recently mounted there, a couple threaded holes with fresh smooth metal seeming to indicate recent use, however no idea if this is in any way related or if so what possible part would go there. Both cv axles have intact boots. Intermediate shaft also looks to be in good working order, save for a small amount of play at the transaxle end. Intermediate shaft bearings also appear in good order. I did find a tsb on vehicle speed sensor, although this only applies to a/t. However, is there a similar part for manual trans. That can affect drive. Any help at all in this matter would be very appreciated. Thank you in advance. Reply via email or phone, yopur preference. Thank you in advance, stan cortez (916)822-1521

I'd have to say it's a bad clutch or sticking release bearing holding clutch partially in. Or and this would be a remote possibility a broken crank as I've had that happen as well, shift into gear then vehicle moves. Also look for a bent release arm or something along that line. Maybe slave cylinder isn't moving all the way back.
