Drivers side rear rotor is rubbing the brake pad bracket on the inside?

My uncle changed the wheel bearing in my mom's vehicle listed above. It was the driver side rear. Now the rotor is rubbing the brake pad bracket on the inside. I cannot figure out how or why. Thank you.

Something must not be together correctly, or something is bent. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone, that way I can tell for sure what's going on? You can upload it here with your response. In the meantime, here are the instructions on how to change the rear wheel bearing out so you can see if something is wrong on your end. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens. Also, you could have the wrong part. Here is the part number the book calls for:
