I don't have a wiring diagram for your power seats, so I can't walk you through it. You may need to remove seat from vehicle so you can get at the motor/s under neath. If two or three motors under the seat, you could figure which motor does what by using jumper wires for voltage and ground with inline fuse. The motors are reversing so you may need to reverse jumpers. If one motor won't do anything with the jumpers then the motor is probably bad.
If the passenger side seat motor works ok, you might be to put it on the driver side? Also, with the seat out you might be able to manually set the seat where you need it, then re-install seat.
Anything to do with switches or wiring problem, I can't track it without wiring diagram.
