My driver's window still works. The fuses are good however I do not seem to have power in or out on them in the fuse block. When I push the window controls each window has a clicking noise. All fuses are good none are burned out. On some other posts I see you have said it sounded like a typical main switch problem. Does the power go through the main switch back to the fuse block? I pulled the switch out and looked at all the contacts, I did not see any corrosion. Please advise. Should I just order a new main switch?

It does sound like the main switch, but we should check the fuses (see which ones in the wiring diagrams) and if okay I would swap out the power window relay. Here are the power window wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the location of the relay.

This guide will help you test for power:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I have checked the fuses, the fuses themselves are fine, there is no power to either side of the three 3 fuses that are for the passenger side and back windows. This is why I had asked if the power had to go through the main switch before going back to those fuses. I also wanted to specify that the driver window operates fine. Is there just one relay for all 4 windows?

It looks like the relay runs the other three windows if you check the wiring diagrams. Did you find the relay does it click when you move the switch for the windows that are not working?

The relay did not click with the switches for the three windows not working, it did click when I pushed for the driver window. I picked up a new switch, now all the windows are working. However, now the windows will operate with or without the key being on. Before they only worked when the key was in the on position, and when the engine was off before opening driver or other doors. I put old switch back in and this feature is still as it was. Is the new switch defective, or possibly drawing power from the incorrect source? Possibly from power lock?

It does sound like the new switch is defective or the incorrect part. Can I ask where you got the part from?

I actually ordered it from an eBay auto store. The listing shows all compatible cars and models. I checked the part number with the part number from Honda and it shows the same. But the more I look into it I am having doubts. I see an exclusion for models with a panic button on key FOB, since I did not get any key Fobs with the vehicle when I purchased it. The FOBS I have were bought aftermarket.

I see used Master switches for sale, they have the exact number on the side of them. Honda told me about any switch from them would be different numbers since the age of the car gets super seeded by replacement numbers and they cannot cross reference the new numbers? Sounds a bit odd but what can I say? Do you think it is a safe bet to purchase a used switch? There is a big price difference between $50 to $75 opposed to $320?

Yep, that is a big difference in price, I would try the used switch. Let me know if that fixes it. ;)
