By OSF, I assume you are talking about a half shaft or CV axle which is what we call them here in the USA?
If so, I would replace it or repair it before too long because that grease that leaks out will allow dirt inside the joint and it will fail. You will most likely hear clicking first and then it may just come apart.
It is not something I would put off but it is not something that you need to stop driving the vehicle.

As for the cost, we do not have these vehicles in the USA so I would not be able to give a ballpark estimate as the cost here would not be the same where you are.
