Draining battery

i have the car listed above with a RSX series s k40 engine. I have replaced the alternator and the car keep draining the battery. the car is actually a 4 cylinder motor. i noticed it after turning the heat on the drainage and it also will drop rmp's. i currently do not have a stereo in my car and i have read many things. i was wondering if it is the starter relay switch? or if it could be that i have wires that are exposed that could be causing the drainage?
