Brand new battery and starter.
When I try to turn it on nothing happens. The lights will come on and the door open chime sounds.
No clicks come from under the hood and no fuel pump sound.
The fuses are good.
I tried cranking it from park and neutral.
When I turn the key to 'on' the gauges start going back and forth and the mileage blinks on and off.
