I removed a 5.9L from a 94 Dodge put it in a 96 Dodge that had an 5.2L will I need to change the computer and wireing harness to run correct

You will need to change it, because your going from a 5.9 to a 5.2, the harness and wiring will be a little different. Yes you will have to change the computer also because the 94 vehicle is OBD and the 96 is Obd 2.
