New shocks, new ball joints, tierods, alignment and the truck is still pullling to the right with steady pull. I can feel the difference when I turn right versus when I turn left. It is easy to turn right, and there is more resistance when I turn left. Could the problem be on the left side?

Could be several things.
1. Have you changed tires? Sometime's without knowing you may have a bad tire that will "pull", try swapping the front tires from one side to another and see if it pulls the other way. If it does, then you know you have a bad tire.

2. If the pull does not change, then check the brake cylinder. Does it pull more when the brakes are applied? If so, then that is the only brake that is working on the front, and the other side needs replaced. Or if not, then that brake cyl. Is sticking and always applying preassure so the brake is pulling you to that side, and that one needs replaced.

If it is the brake cyl, then replace them both at the same time, save you the same headache later. If it is the tire, then you be the judge on how many to replace.

Hope this helps.
