When its cold the motor wont idle and runs bad. When its warm out it idles and runs fine throttle body no choke

Check the operation of the choke, may need to install a new choke thermostat, also check the exhaust manifolds for a heat riser, if it's frozen, either free it up or replace it, this aids in warming the engine, but once warm, it will open and allow exhaust to flow.

Then you probably have a vacuum leak, please go over this guide which will help you fix it.
