Stuttering/jerking motion

I have a 1998 Doge Stratus mileage 145,000 not electrical My car has a tendency to stutter or what I call Hiccup from time to time during my driving it. It has done this before I had the spark plugs changed and the problem stopped. Now 6 months later the problem re occurred could it be cheap spark plugs being put in? Bad gas? Or from what I been told crv valve or pcv valves? I don't know please help. Clueless
