2001 Dodge Stratus Automatic 160000 miles

My car will make a strange noise when I start it. It does go away after a couple minutes but sometimes it will make the noise again when I slow down. After I have been driving for a little while it will start to smell really bad. Like something is burning. I opened my hood and could definitely tell the gross smell was coming from there. What is wrong with it?

It is quite impossible to determine noise and smell from a computer screen. You need to check your 2 drive belts, and the pulleys. If there is rubber smell, chance is that one of the pulleys is seized.
