1999 Dodge Stratus iat sensor

i bought a chip off of ebay that says i need to plug it into the iat sensor , i looked under myhood and cannot find anything that says iat sensor , the place where i bought it from says that its near air intake system , could you plz tell me where and how to install this resistor in my car . thx
