Power steering pump was leaking due to old hoses. I replaced the hoses and still show signs of leakage. In the last few days when I turn the wheel of the car I get a moaning noise from the engine and the turn becomes tight. Car smokes from the back of the engine near the power steering. Is the power steering pump failing or do I need to replace the belt?
