Hi guys first let me thank you for this site, I have a 94 shadow w/ a 3.0 at the back of the block is a housing that the lower rad. Hose connects to and this housing bolts to the block it is leaking at the bottom of this housing I know there is a o-ring seak in there which a friend replaced and it still leaks when the engine is running, he didnt use a factory 0-ring is the anything else in there that could be leaking? He didnt know if this intake was a wet intake or not, it seems to be leaking at the base of this housing on the bottom side, is there anything inside that could cause this to leak besdies the 0-ring? Any insight would be very helpful, thanks

Hi:

If there is still a leak, I would suggest getting an new seal from a chrysler dealer. There really isn't anything in there that would cause the problem. Also, when you remove the housing, make sure to check for cracks. If I recall, they are made from pot aluminum which can crack easily or warp. Let me know what you find.
