I put regular unleaded gas for 2 1/2 months in my truck. Then it starts dying at lights and stop signs. Sometimes it will run a little rough. Most of my miiles are highway miles. I have put 1/2 tank premium with gas treatment in it and then when it had less than 1/8 of a tank, filled with premium with the all in one gas/injector cleaner. It is sitll doing the same thing. No improvement. It will go a few times without stalling. Will run a little rough right before it dies. Any ideas?

Has the check engine light ever come on? Also, are you hearing any ratteling from the catylatic converter? Finally, have you checked for vacuum leaks?

It's the gas ! Mine did the exact same thing when I was pulling a trailer and I was told that dodge Rams require MIDGRADE(89) GASOLINE. DO NOT PUT PREMIUM IN IT. THE ENGINES ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR IT. It says it in your owners manual. Regular is better than premium for the Dodge's but the midgrade /(plus) with 89 octane is the best thing for it.

Had a truck serviced once, gassed it up and it ran rough for most of the tank. Gassed up again and it started to run better, then it ran ok after awhile. Suspected water in tank. Couldn't prove it tho. I put 2 pints of Heet in it to absorb any left over water. No problems like that after adding it.
