I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. I had some engine work done and the guy who fixed it had the dash board out. Everything worked fine after he fixed it. Just yesterday, the dash board quit working, turn signals don't work, head lights and tail lights are always on, locks don't work, winshield wipers dont work, break lights dont work, radio works, interior light dont work. Can you tell me what might be wrong?

More than likely you have an issue with a connector on the back of the cluster.

So, the easiest way to check this is to remove the cluster and check to make sure each connector is fully seated. What I would do is remove each connector and then reinstall them because you can't always feel a loose connector.

If each of the connectors are connected properly then we need to check the power coming into the cluster and make sure it is getting power.

I am attaching the connector views for the 3 connectors, and we need to check the power at each of the B+ connectors.

Please run through this info and let us know what questions you have. Thanks
