2001 Dodge Ram runs rough

I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 4w4 sport 5.9 360 and the problem I am having is that it is running rough with no codes, replaced spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, coil, iac a timesnd still the same. It does it at all times, cold or hot, also advanced timing 0n#1cylinder is jumping around at idle while on my obd2 tool. You can feel it shaking inside truck, very strange with no codes :

Miles on the truck? Do a dry and wet compression test. It sounds like you may have a valve issue. You should also do check for vacuum leaks. Find a mechanic that has a smoke machine. It is the best way to islolate a vacuum leak. Good luck
