Dodge SX 2.0 Transmission pops out of gear.

I have a 2003 Dodge SX 2.0, 61,000 km's, w/ a 5 speed trans. When I shift into 4th gear it has a habit of popping out of gear, when I cruise for more than 2-3 minutes, it doesn't make any sound it just slips out of gear. Everything else seems fine, just that little quirk, I don't know if it is just an adjustment that needs to be made or if it is a sign of something lurking below the surface.

I have the exact same problem, but it only seems to happen when the car is cold and not warmed up (more of a winter time issue). I changed the shift cable bushings, it may have helped. I still have the problem, but not as frequent.

I have an 04 sxt neon and its doing the same thing, Hopefully someone knows something.I need to get this fixed without a garage giving me the run around on what it could be.
