2004 Dodge Minivan

Believe it or not I ran into a similar problem once and in my instance it was a suprisingly simple answer. Make sure that you are turning the fuel filler cap so that it is clicking at least 3 times.

Failure to do this sometimes results in a reduced fuel tank pressure.

Sounds pretty corny but it is a standard instuctional on a lot of the newer imports. (It was resulting in an increase in service due to check engine codes)
