My rim gets extremely hot

I have a 97 neon and after only driving about 3 blocks the rim gets extremely hot. there is grinding once you reach about 15k this is grinding while accelerating. there are no signs of brake pad wear.It is only the fron right rim

sounds like either bent rim, or u have a caliper piston sticking although, could be a bad rotor, shawn
