2003 Dodge Neon Guages going crazy

The check engine light would come on and off and today all the guages would come on and eventually shut off, only to go on and off again. The check engine light stayed on the whole time. When the air bag light came on, the speedometer and tachometer would not work either.

Does the car stay running? Sounds like it may be afeed problem from the ignition switch.The switch powers the gauges and dash up, if it has a bad connection it can come and go like you describe
